The canal parade is one of the most famous events of the Gay Pride Amsterdam. A total of 80 LGBTI-organization show off in a festive manner for what they stand and fight for every first Saturday of August.
2021 Amsterdam Pride Schedule
The floats will start their route in the Westerdok and will finish via the Prinsengracht, Amstel, Nieuwe Herengracht into the Oosterdok. The first float leaves at the Prinsengracht at 14.00h and the the last float will close the parade at the end around 18.00h.
The 6 kilometres canal route provides visitors enough space to have a good view of the complete parade.
